Responsibilities
- Complete structured training to develop cloud architecture foundations and AWS services expertise.
- Analyze customer requirements and learn to translate them into technical solution recommendations.
- Participate in solution design sessions and observe customer engagements with experienced Solutions Architects.
- Build a real AWS project using cloud architecture principles and AWS services.
- Develop and present technical concepts to colleagues, mentors, and diverse audiences.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another related science or technical field, or have equivalent training, certifications, and/or experience.
- Have experience with at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js, C#, or C++.
- Have experience with networking fundamentals, security, databases, or operating systems including Unix, Linux, or Windows.
- Preferred: experience implementing a cloud-based technology solution through a school project or company work.
- Preferred: experience with Big Data, Analytics, Security, DevOps, Application Development, or Machine Learning.
- Preferred: awareness of AWS or cloud computing.
