Responsibilities
- Analyze client and software requirements and convert them into feasible designs.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software applications using Adobe AEM.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases and usage scenarios.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Support software installation, deployment, monitoring, and release-plan adherence.
- Prepare code documentation, reports, flowcharts, diagrams, project specifications, and status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, engineering staff, systems analysts, project managers, and clients.
- Capture requirements, respond to customer requests, gather feedback, and support timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Complete continuing education and certifications to maintain current technical skills.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience with Adobe AEM.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, code, test, debug, and maintain applications.
- Ability to automate software validation and investigate system issues.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Ability to produce accurate technical documentation, reports, and project status updates.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers through email, calls, fault tracking, and other channels.
