Responsibilities
- Own and maintain existing C++ Telematics and BCM applications running as services on the client software platform.
- Analyze and fix bugs, extend tests, document services, and support long-term application maintenance.
- Collaborate with developers, requirements engineers, clients, and cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver features.
- Identify bottlenecks, debug software, and develop robust unit tests covering edge cases and reliability.
- Apply clean coding standards, software building and source-code management practices, continuous integration, static analysis, and code-coverage metrics.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is stated, with the additional information requesting a minimum of 8 years in Automotive ECU Software.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Automotive is required.
- Professional experience with C++ and Linux, embedded development, and automotive ECU software.
- Knowledge of cryptographic implementation, network protocols, Ethernet, UDP/TCP, IP, SOME/IP, MQTT, and Wireshark.
- Understanding of MC/DC and branch coverage, static code analysis, Automotive SPICE, and cybersecurity, preferably ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
- Preferred training includes iSAQB Certified Professional for Software Architecture – Foundation Level.
- Strong autonomous working ability, technological affinity, analytical capability, and structured problem-solving skills.
