Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development best practices and coding standards.
- Ensure software quality, scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert and make decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software delivery with business priorities.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow App Engine.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable custom software architectures.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
- 15 years of full-time education.
