Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions for complex multi-dimensional quoting processes.
- Configure product bundles, pricing rules, advanced approvals, quote templates, and contract renewal workflows.
- Develop and maintain custom Apex scripts and Lightning Web Components to extend CPQ functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable CPQ features.
- Integrate Salesforce CPQ with external systems through APIs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues involving product configuration, pricing, and contract management.
- Optimize CPQ system performance and user experience.
- Enforce best practices for Salesforce CPQ development, deployment, and documentation.
Requirements
- At least 4 to 6 years of software development experience, including substantial hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience.
- Expertise with the Salesforce CPQ platform, product bundle configuration, pricing rules, advanced approvals, and quote template customization.
- Apex programming experience for Salesforce CPQ extensions and custom scripting.
- Salesforce Lightning Web Components development experience.
- Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with external systems through APIs, preferably REST or SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Architecture and advanced Salesforce reporting and analytics is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and exposure to third-party CPQ tools are preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is desired.
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certifications are desired.
