Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design and deliver high-quality products.
- Develop core backend and platform solutions with the engineering team.
- Architect and implement complex features focusing on reliability and scalability.
- Identify patterns to streamline development and improve technical quality.
- Lead design reviews, code walkthroughs, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience, or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
- Proficiency in backend languages such as Kotlin, Java, or Python.
- Experience architecting solutions for large-scale, complex problems.
- Comfortable working across the backend stack to solve technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
