Base Salary
$150k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products.
- Provide end-to-end client support throughout onboarding and deployment.
- Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and support documentation.
- Analyze technical and functional requirements and design solutions based on Sardine’s product capabilities.
- Manage implementation projects, including quality, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Understand customer business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria to deliver solutions using Sardine technology.
- Provide customer-informed product feedback to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in implementation management, integrations engineering, technical account management, solution architecture, or systems analysis while working with multiple internal and external technical teams.
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk, or compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and complete deliverables.
- Advanced experience with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
- Experience with API specifications such as OpenAPI, web development, and scripting for internal tools using technologies such as Bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, or Postman.
