Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, Flow, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Develop scalable Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce pages according to development best practices.
- Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems and platforms using appropriate integration patterns and technologies.
- Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, coding, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and debugging across the software development lifecycle.
- Configure Salesforce to resolve defects, user issues, and performance issues, including data migration and interface problems.
- Decompose user needs into technical user stories and lead technical design sessions.
- Perform code reviews and reduce technical debt through coding and configuration best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, developers, administrators, and QA testers to deliver projects successfully.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and recommend Salesforce development improvements.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.
Requirements
- At least seven years of general work experience.
- At least three to five years of experience with OmniScript, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
- At least three years of experience developing Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages.
- At least three years of experience deploying Salesforce production enterprise applications.
- Experience with full-stack engineering, including database development and integration.
- Experience supporting Salesforce platforms in Department of Defense environments.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce development, platform applications, development standards, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Apex, Flow, and OmniStudio.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator certifications are required.
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- U.S. citizenship and an active Tier 2 Public Trust clearance or higher are required.
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications.
