Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend or cloud applications using Python and Django.
- Deploy and operate cloud applications on AWS.
- Build and integrate authentication and authorization features using OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and token-based authentication.
- Design and integrate APIs while producing modular, well-tested, and maintainable code.
- Support enterprise SSO, identity federation, multi-tenant authentication, and cross-domain SSO capabilities.
- Use infrastructure-as-code, containerization, orchestration, monitoring, and logging tools as needed.
- Apply AI development environments and Spec-Driven Development techniques.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of backend or cloud development experience using Python and strong Django proficiency.
- Hands-on AWS application deployment and maintenance experience.
- Understanding of OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, RESTful API design, integration practices, and secure token-based authentication.
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong attention to scalability, security, maintainability, and problem-solving.
- Required proficiency with AI development environments such as Cursor or Claude Code and AI development techniques such as Spec-Driven Development.
- Preferred experience with enterprise SSO systems, identity platforms, identity federation, multi-tenant authentication, or cross-domain SSO.
- Preferred experience with Terraform or CloudFormation, Zero Trust architecture, MFA, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch.
- Open-source contributions to Django or security-related projects are preferred.
