Responsibilities
- Build scalable, resilient, and secure microservices using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS using managed services and event-driven architectures.
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services focused on performance, observability, and fault tolerance.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release strategies for continuous delivery.
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js and Java with Spring Boot.
- Build and deploy scalable AWS solutions using Lambda, API Gateway, and EC2.
- Design APIs, integrate systems, and support event-driven architectures using Kafka and MQ.
- Contribute to cloud migration, re-platforming, and monolith-to-microservices modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, product teams, and global delivery teams.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, mentoring, Agile delivery, and cloud deployments.
- Apply security, compliance, reliability, scalability, and cloud cost-optimization principles.
- Use Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted development tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, debugging, and prompt engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 4 to 8 years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on cloud-native development.
- Proven experience delivering production-grade AWS solutions.
- Strong Node.js and TypeScript expertise.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with modern SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with automated builds, testing, deployments, security best practices, vulnerability remediation, performance tuning, and reliability initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively in distributed, multicultural teams and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, ownership, quality, scalability, and maintainability skills.
