Responsibilities
- Design and build production automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio.
- Run discovery sessions and translate business challenges into clearly scoped, high-impact automation opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end delivery across a concurrent pipeline while managing priorities, dependencies, and risks.
- Coach and develop a team of two analysts and build delivery capability as the Hub expands.
- Partner with senior business stakeholders to communicate progress, manage expectations, and resolve competing priorities.
- Embed AI governance and compliance standards in line with TAL’s AI Implementation Policy.
Requirements
- Demonstrated hands-on corporate experience building and delivering AI and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and AI Builder.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, or a strong Power Platform background with the ability to rapidly acquire new platform skills.
- Strong business analysis and discovery skills, including independently running requirements sessions, scoping solutions, and managing scope creep.
- Experience influencing senior business stakeholders and communicating technical concepts clearly.
- Experience coaching or mentoring junior practitioners in a delivery context.
- Curiosity and continuous learning about AI and the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Financial services, insurance, or other regulated-industry experience is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks or regulated AI deployment practices is highly regarded.
- Exposure to generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and AI Builder document intelligence is highly regarded.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or AI-900 are highly regarded.
