Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy and operate AWS cloud-native services and AI-enabled employee experiences.
- Develop production-ready software across Python backend services, Node.js layers and React-based user interfaces.
- Contribute to architecture, reusable platform components, integration patterns and API-led services.
- Apply DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability and automation practices to improve security, operability and delivery quality.
- Build or collaborate on AI agents and AI-powered features while improving robustness, scalability and governance.
- Partner with Product Owners, Data Scientists, Principal Engineers and adjacent teams to deliver employee experience outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering experience designing, building, testing and maintaining software solutions in collaborative delivery teams.
- Hands-on capability in Python and AWS.
- Experience with or exposure to Node.js and React in a modern full-stack environment.
- Practical AI engineering experience involving prompts, guardrails, evaluation, grounding and reliable AI solutions that minimize hallucinations and bias.
- Strong capability in DevSecOps, CI/CD, automation and engineering quality, with focus on security, resilience and operational excellence.
- Mobile engineering experience, HR technology or regulated enterprise experience, and AI experimentation through side projects, labs or recent hands-on initiatives are desirable.
