Responsibilities
- Build and own end-to-end solutions using .NET, ASP.NET Core, React, and Next.js.
- Design and develop secure, resilient, scalable APIs and backend platforms.
- Create accessible, high-performing web applications with React and Next.js.
- Work across architecture, design, CI/CD, observability, deployment, and production support.
- Use AI-powered engineering tools to accelerate development, testing, and delivery while maintaining quality and security.
- Identify and mitigate AI-related risks, including vulnerabilities, unsafe dependencies, and inaccurate code outputs.
- Influence technical direction through architecture leadership and technology decisions.
- Mentor and uplift engineers while promoting technical excellence and responsible AI adoption.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to turn complex problems into impactful technology solutions.
Requirements
- Experience building full-stack solutions with .NET, ASP.NET Core, C#, React, and Next.js.
- Experience developing scalable, high-performing customer experiences and secure APIs.
- Experience across the full software engineering lifecycle, including architecture, deployment, observability, and production support.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, DevSecOps practices, testing, distributed systems, API design, and system architecture.
- Experience with several listed technologies across AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, AI tooling, infrastructure, testing, and observability.
- Strong technical judgment, architecture leadership, collaboration, mentoring, and responsible AI practices.
