Responsibilities
- Design and develop microservices, data access layers, REST APIs, and third-party API integrations.
- Build backend applications and contribute to web and native mobile applications.
- Design solution architectures for enterprise-scale applications.
- Manage risk through safe deployments, automated testing, monitoring, and security best practices.
- Work with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and event-based architectures.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects and address interdependencies.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to junior team members.
- Participate in engineering guilds and promote high-quality software engineering practices.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience developing backend applications with C# .NET Core, REST APIs, WebAPI, TypeScript, NodeJS, or NextJS.
- Proven hands-on experience developing frontend applications with NextJS, ReactJS, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Experience designing solutions for enterprise-scale applications.
- Solid experience across the full software development lifecycle and delivery using Agile practices.
- Experience with databases, cloud hosting, microservices, API integration, monitoring, CI/CD, and test automation.
- Knowledge of security best practices and principles.
- Ability to collaborate, present ideas, influence stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and solve complex technical problems.
- Ability and willingness to coach and mentor junior team members.
- Experience or exposure to the listed technologies or equivalent tools will support success.
