Responsibilities
- Build customer-specific features, integrations, and customizations using Python and VueJS/TypeScript.
- Collaborate with Deployment Leads to translate customer needs into working software.
- Ship software quickly, operating in short cycles.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites to gain firsthand understanding of their needs.
- Work closely with design, product, and founders to enhance the platform.
- Help define the concept of 'delivery engineering' at Grotto.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack experience with Python and VueJS/TypeScript.
- 1+ year of experience at an early-stage or growth-stage startup.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations without clear specifications.
- Focus on customer impact over technical perfection.
- Experience using AI tools like Claude or Copilot in development.
- Strong communication skills for interfacing with various stakeholders.
- Based in NYC or willing to relocate.
