Responsibilities
- Build customer-specific features, integrations, and customizations across the Python and Vue.js/TypeScript stack.
- Work with Deployment Leads to translate customer needs into working software.
- Ship software in short development cycles.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites, approximately a few days per month, to understand customer operations firsthand.
- Collaborate directly with design, product, and founders.
- Help establish the company’s delivery engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-stack experience with Python and Vue.js/TypeScript.
- At least 1 year of experience at an early-stage or growth-stage startup.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and without a fully defined specification or established process.
- Strong communication skills for working with customers, Deployment Leads, designers, and founders.
- Based in New York City or willing to relocate.
- Experience with AI/ML, including LLM API integrations, AI-powered features, or ML pipelines, is preferred.
- Strong data analysis and statistics skills are preferred.
- Experience in property management, real estate, or other operationally complex industries is preferred.
- Experience in early-stage startups or high-ambiguity environments is preferred.
