Responsibilities
- Build the foundations of the Safari Extensions platform.
- Implement new APIs and tools for browser extensions.
- Improve the architecture, security, privacy, and developer experience of existing platform capabilities.
- Participate in brainstorming, prototyping, coding, debugging, shipping, and addressing developer and user feedback.
- Collaborate with WebKit, iOS and macOS application and framework teams, Developer Tools, Security and Privacy, and Human Interface teams.
Requirements
- Thorough understanding of Swift, Objective-C, C++, or C.
- Strong object-oriented programming experience.
- Excellent debugging and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a learning-focused environment.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for improving developer experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
