- Perform system testing for cloud-based energy automation products.
- Create test plans, test strategies, test scenarios, test cases, test environments, and comprehensive test reports.
- Test functional and nonfunctional requirements and ensure delivery meets organizational and project quality requirements.
- Drive test automation across the project team and implement test optimization practices.
- Analyze requirements, design and execute tests, and provide feedback on software usability and functionality.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders and understand business needs, user workflows, and technical requirements.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in software testing on energy automation products.
- Mandatory experience in the electrical domain, particularly power systems.
- Expertise in requirement analysis, test specification, test design, test execution, test environment setup, and functional and nonfunctional testing.
- Knowledge of SNMP, IEC 61850, and MQTT protocols.
- Basic knowledge of UI automation tools, API testing tools, and programming languages including C# and C++.
- Good communication, analytical, problem-solving, and learning abilities.
- B.E., B.Tech, MCA, M.E., M.Tech, or MSc in Computer Science.
