Senior Engineer I, Embedded Software Design

- Design, implement, and validate embedded C/C++ firmware for three-phase UPS systems, power electronics, and secure power technologies.
- Maintain system and firmware architecture integrity throughout the product lifecycle.
- Apply in-house code-integrity and design-validation practices.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality firmware releases.
- Address real-time challenges and optimize embedded-system performance.
- Interpret product architecture, specifications, applicable standards, configuration, applications, and operations.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems.
- Knowledge of digital control systems.
- Experience or knowledge in communication protocols, signal processing, and/or toolchains.
- Experience with embedded Linux, Git, VHDL, Python, or FPGA.
- Knowledge of power-electronics products and UPS designs, including topologies, charger circuits, battery configurations, and high-voltage DC systems.
- Mandatory knowledge of PPE, safety, and ESD hazards.
- Basic knowledge of safety standards, electrical codes, and symbols.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-cultural and cross-functional global teams.
- Previous involvement in developing innovative digital products is advantageous.
