Responsibilities
- Own the concept and technical evolution of scalable AI-enabled engineering solutions involving Generative AI, RAG, agentic workflows, knowledge systems, advanced analytics, and intelligent automation.
- Advise customers and stakeholders by translating requirements into solution concepts, architecture decisions, interfaces, data flows, and implementation roadmaps.
- Guide Solution Owners and development teams in integrating AI capabilities into the existing technology landscape.
- Define interactions between AI components, business logic, processes, tools, and human decision points.
- Establish reusable architecture principles and integration patterns using existing platforms and services.
- Drive solutions from roadmap through productive operation, including DevOps and technical delivery setup.
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, reliability, security, and responsible AI while communicating technical trade-offs.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software, AI, data, analytics engineering, technical product ownership, or a related role, including at least 2 years in a hands-on technical position.
- End-to-end ownership of at least one enterprise AI-enabled solution, such as RAG, Generative AI, or agentic workflow automation, from initial idea through productive use.
- Hands-on experience with Python and SQL and practical knowledge of LLM frameworks and tools, machine learning, or data science.
- Strong understanding of scalable cloud-based architecture and experience guiding AI solutions through their full lifecycle.
- Familiarity with modern DevOps or DataOps practices and experience coordinating business stakeholders, engineering teams, and technical delivery partners.
- Fluent English is required; German is a plus.
- Experience in product development, semiconductor engineering, or a comparable industrial environment is preferred.
