Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain modular, scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-based platform infrastructure.
- Automate infrastructure deployment and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Terragrunt, and configuration management tools.
- Develop and improve cloud-native platforms, automation frameworks, and deployment pipelines.
- Monitor platform performance, reliability, security, and costs while proactively resolving infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Implement and manage cloud data storage, compute, networking, and service delivery solutions.
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, vulnerability remediation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with development, security, operations, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and client teams.
- Establish platform standards, architecture strategies, operational procedures, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams and mentor engineers on cloud architecture and operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cloud engineering and infrastructure deployment.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, and Bitbucket source control tools.
- Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python and Java, relational databases including Oracle and MySQL, and message queues.
- Strong understanding of cloud concepts with hands-on experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of cloud security, cost optimization, automation, compute, storage, networking, and service delivery.
- Experience with enterprise compliance and security standards.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible, Docker, GitHub, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Maven, and SonarQube.
- Mandatory experience with the listed Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, Terraform, Terragrunt, dbt, and Datadog technologies.
- Experience collaborating across engineering, infrastructure, security, and operations teams and providing technical guidance.
