Responsibilities
- Lead the testing and quality assurance workstream for an AI-driven development lifecycle proof of concept.
- Validate AI-assisted requirements analysis, test case generation, code generation, test automation, defect prediction, and quality engineering processes.
- Develop test strategies and manage functional, automation, API, and AI/GenAI testing activities.
- Validate AI-generated test cases, AI-assisted code and requirements, prompts, model outputs, test coverage, and AI outcome quality.
- Manage defects, risks, readiness reporting, KPIs, test governance, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
- Design Python automation frameworks, utilities, and test scripts, including Playwright-based browser automation.
- Collaborate with development, QA, product, architecture, business, and AI/ML teams.
- Perform defect analysis and root-cause identification while communicating findings to engineering partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field with a software quality or test engineering focus, or equivalent practical experience.
- Six to ten years of hands-on quality engineering experience focused on automation solutions for web and API applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python for building readable, scalable, and reusable automation frameworks, utilities, and test scripts.
- Practical experience with Playwright for complex browser interactions, authentication flows, and cross-browser validation.
- Experience with Azure services such as Azure Pipelines and Azure App Services for deploying and testing cloud-native solutions.
- Working knowledge of GitHub and GitHub Copilot for repositories, code reviews, and AI-assisted coding workflows.
- Strong experience in functional testing, automation testing, API testing, test strategy, test management, and quality governance.
- Experience leading AI/GenAI testing initiatives, AI testing frameworks, prompt engineering, LLM validation, model evaluation, AI governance, and responsible AI practices.
- Healthcare payer/provider or pharmacy claims domain experience is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, day-shift environment with distributed teams and remote-friendly communication practices.
- Strong defect analysis, root-cause identification, collaboration, and communication skills.
