Deloitte AdvisoryResponsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust Selenium automation frameworks and test scripts.
- Execute functional, regression, API, cross-browser, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
- Build automated test suites using Java, TestNG/JUnit, and Cucumber.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform API and service-layer validation using REST Assured or HTTPClient.
- Generate and maintain detailed test execution reports.
- Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating with development teams.
- Support testing across multiple browsers, environments, and scalable Selenium Grid setups.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of QA or Automation Test Engineer experience.
- Strong Java 8+ and object-oriented programming knowledge.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, TestNG/JUnit, and Cucumber/BDD.
- Experience with API testing using REST Assured or HTTPClient.
- Experience with Maven or Gradle and Git workflows including branching and pull requests.
- Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, smoke, cross-browser, SQL/database, and service-layer testing.
- Experience with test reporting tools such as Allure, ExtentReports, or TestNG Reports.
- BE/BTech, ME/MTech, BCA, MCA, BSc, MSc, or relevant experience.
- Preferred experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, Lighthouse, microservices, command-line environments, or BFSI/Banking and Finacle domains.
