Responsibilities
- Plan and execute testing for compliance, business-as-usual release, and migration initiatives.
- Create test scopes, plans, scenarios, and detailed scripts from business requirements and functional specifications.
- Perform functional and system testing across VisionPLUS CMS, FAS, TRAMS, and ITS modules.
- Coordinate daily end-to-end testing with test managers, project teams, UAT teams, and technical teams.
- Document test results, provide project test reporting, and manage defects through established processes.
- Prepare and validate presentment files and perform card-scheme processing and transaction testing.
- Use test-management, defect-management, automation, and AI-enabled testing tools.
- Lead incident management activities during dress rehearsals and go-live events.
- Support continuous improvement of testing processes, deliverables, and quality outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in enterprise application test planning, execution, and documentation.
- At least 4 years of experience with VisionPLUS modules, including CMS, FAS, TRAMS, and ITS.
- At least 4 years of experience developing test plans, scenarios, and scripts from requirements and functional specifications.
- At least 4 years of experience with test-management and defect-management tools such as ALM/QC, JIRA, or qTest.
- At least 4 years of experience in defect lifecycle management, issue triage, and UAT-to-technical-team coordination.
- At least 4 years of experience with scheme simulator testing for card networks such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, RuPay, or UPI.
- At least 4 years of experience creating, maintaining, and executing automated test cases with test automation frameworks.
- At least 4 years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
- Preferred experience includes presentment file validation, AI-assisted testing with Copilot or Claude, compliance testing, migration programs, production-readiness events, incident leadership, and stakeholder QA reporting.
