Responsibilities
- Build and drive web development strategy for all frontend teams.
- Deliver critical improvements to large monorepo build and deploy systems.
- Architect and contribute to decisions on platforms, tools, and technologies.
- Empower web engineers to leverage AI for improved delivery speed and code quality.
- Design, implement, and extend core platform components and functionality.
- Plan and build core platform software to scale with user growth and business requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience architecting and scaling web applications.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging web technologies like React and Typescript.
- Ability to create and drive a complete technical vision and roadmap.
- Track record of successfully leading critical projects.
- Extensive experience in developing technical strategies for system reliability.
- Previous project or people management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
