Base Salary
$206k - $256k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and drive web development strategy for all frontend teams
- Lead improvements to large monorepo build and deployment systems, emphasizing reliability and performance
- Architect and select platforms, tools, and technologies that support consistency and reliability
- Define web development AI strategy using agents and agent orchestration to automate complex workflows
- Design, implement, and extend core platform components that enable new products and features
- Plan, design, and build scalable core platform software and systems
- Lead architectural choices, critical initiatives, and technical strategy across the organization
- Mentor and grow senior engineers and collaborate with architects and product teams
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience architecting, building, and scaling web applications for large user bases
- Deep understanding of current and emerging web technologies, including React, TypeScript, NX, Oxlint, TurboRepo, RSPack, and Vite
- Ability to create and drive a complete technical vision and roadmap and make system-level and platform-level decisions
- Track record of leading critical projects and leveraging partner teams for company-wide results
- Extensive experience developing and implementing technical strategy that improved system reliability and performance
- Previous project management or people management experience, including influencing, communicating, and coaching others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
