Responsibilities
- Develop high-performance and stable cloud platform features focused on networking.
- Contribute to open-source projects including Open vSwitch, OVN, Linux Kernel, and OpenStack.
- Improve performance, fix bugs, and implement resilient networking solutions.
- Conduct detailed troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Automate and continuously optimize technical process workflows.
- Implement observability through metrics, tracing, and structured logging.
- Support the availability and health of production systems.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with software-defined networking technologies such as Open vSwitch, OVN, and Calico.
- Solid experience with Linux and containerization technologies including Kubernetes and Docker.
- Programming or scripting experience in C, C++, Go, Python, or Bash.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and structured diagnostic skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in writing and verbally.
- Ability to take ownership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively as part of a team.
