Responsibilities
- Build and operate AI agents, agentic onboarding, simulations, certifications, content generation, automated communications, and knowledge-application analytics.
- Own the reliability, accuracy, cost, uptime, maintainability, and adoption of the AI backbone.
- Assess technical and economic feasibility, define MVPs, translate business needs into build specifications, and push back on unsuitable solutions.
- Create roadmaps and feedback loops for each AI component and manage its ongoing evolution.
- Coordinate stakeholders, data access, permissions, content owners, and adoption requirements.
- Write scripts, work with APIs and data, inspect logs, debug production issues, and maintain shipped systems.
- Document and architect solutions while partnering with BigBrain and BizApps on larger builds.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience building software, automation, or AI solutions in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience shipping AI agents and AI systems used by real people, with mastery of agentic AI-building tools, LLM and agent frameworks, Claude Code or equivalent, MCP, retrieval, RAG, and no-code or low-code platforms.
- Production coding capability, including writing scripts, working with APIs and data, reading logs, and debugging failures.
- Ability to translate business logic and end-user needs into specifications, scope MVPs, and manage roadmaps end to end.
- Familiarity with SaaS organizations and sales, revenue operations, sales systems, client-facing work, or solution engineering is advantageous.
- Experience with enablement, training, learning management systems, knowledge bases, search, certification, or simulation tooling is advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management, documentation, maintainability, and written and spoken communication skills.
- Familiarity with monday.com’s AI products is advantageous.
