Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate high-value workflows across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Support, Risk, and Finance.
- Own the agentic architecture, including tool use, memory management, multi-step planning, human-in-the-loop escalation, guardrails, and audit trails.
- Build and maintain RAG pipelines using proprietary product, customer, financial, and internal knowledge.
- Develop evaluation frameworks measuring task completion, accuracy, hallucination rates, latency, and business impact.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define use cases, translate business requirements into technical features, and deliver production AI products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI.
- At least 3 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience, preferably in fintech or a related sector.
- Experience deploying AI agents or agentic workflows in production.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and AI system development.
- Deep experience with large language models, prompt engineering, and systematic evaluation of enterprise AI solutions.
- Experience building RAG systems and conversational chatbots is advantageous.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and AI operations practices.
- Strong statistical reasoning, business acumen, and ability to assess real-world AI impact.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while balancing short- and long-term goals.
