Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery for complex problem spaces.
- Provide guidance on system architecture and design.
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers and Designers.
- Mentor and develop a team of engineers.
- Investigate and prototype new technologies for innovation.
- Utilize AI coding assistants to enhance development velocity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in software development.
- 3+ years of experience in architecture and design.
- Experience with Python (FastAPI, Pydantic, Numpy, Pandas) and React.
- Knowledge of database systems and AWS preferred.
- Experience delivering high value to customers quickly and frequently.
- Strong software engineering best practices including testing and documentation.
