Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers.
- Own the architecture and technical roadmap for the New Homes consumer stack.
- Lead the implementation of AI adoption initiatives.
- Drive the evolution of the New Homes pipeline.
- Coach and mentor teams on industry standards and best practices.
- Perform maintenance on software systems, including bug fixes and enhancements.
- Serve as a consultative technical resource for customer care and business teams.
- Guide the team in anticipating extensibility needs.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies for integration.
- Communicate and resolve detected problems effectively.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum product development process.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience as a technical lead.
- 8 or more years of software development experience in modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Experience driving AI adoption and tooling.
- Proficient in implementing various Amazon Web Services.
- Experience maintaining operational excellence across multiple teams.
- Self-motivated with strong project and time management skills.
- Ability to technically lead and guide team members.
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and best practices.
- Experience with web languages and frameworks like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Knowledge of source revision-control systems is essential.
- Strong understanding of SQL and RDBMS technologies.
- Experience with build, test, and deployment automation technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building working relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
