Base Salary
$210k - $263k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software using modern languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across various programming languages and technologies.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and provide technical support.
- Mentor and guide other engineers, promoting best practices in software development.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code.
- Stay current with industry trends and integrate them into products.
- Contribute to the overall architecture and technical strategy of the company.
- Lead new initiatives end to end that have company impact.
- Manage and lead multiple teams of engineers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong technical skills and experience with developer tools and APIs.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including TypeScript (NodeJS).
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Located in Austin, Texas, and willing to work in the office three times a week.
- Experience managing and leading a team of engineers.
