Base Salary
$150k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop novel AI products that provide customers with new workflows.
- Work directly with customers to understand needs, prioritize requests, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Take ownership of critical projects and ramp up to own entire products or customers.
- Mentor future hires, pair with teammates, and conduct code reviews.
- Help shape the engineering culture and drive product development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience at hyper-growth startups and/or leading big tech companies.
- Computer Science degree from a top university.
- Strong product sense.
- High degree of ownership and ability to operate autonomously.
- Willingness to work in person and talk directly with customers.
