Base Salary
$175k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship end-to-end agentic systems that improve creative workflows while balancing quality, performance, and reliability.
- Design agent architectures for context gathering, planning, tool selection, and reliable execution of creative tasks at scale.
- Integrate state-of-the-art models with internal research and external capabilities to create new agent experiences.
- Measure and improve agent quality in production using experimentation, evaluation frameworks, and real-world feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional industry experience.
- Experience designing and developing ML systems or agentic pipelines in production.
- Deep experience with context engineering, including RAG systems, token optimization, and context management at scale.
- Experience building evaluation systems and agentic infrastructure for context gathering, tool selection, and multi-step planning.
- Strong problem-solving fundamentals, rapid learning ability, and the ability to scope and deliver projects end to end in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with multi-agent architectures, fine-tuning LLMs for specific use cases, generative media or agentic AI technology, startup founding or early-stage engineering, and a grounded collaborative approach.
