Base Salary
$90k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy custom agents and agentic workflows while governing permissions, context sharing, and data access.
- Architect enterprise agent deployments, trust layers, cross-agent governance, orchestration state, tool-calling, and failure-mode patterns.
- Design agentic quality-assurance frameworks, test orchestration, and synthetic-data strategies.
- Engineer enterprise knowledge bases, ontologies, and retrieval pipelines for agent grounding at scale.
- Translate complex domain requirements into AI functional specifications and integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications.
- Own AI-native systems end to end, advise clients and the pod, mentor Frontier Engineers, and remain accountable for customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 7–15 years of delivery experience with deep AI-systems design experience.
- Strong software engineering and application development experience with Java, .NET, Spring Boot, Angular, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- Experience with agentic system architecture, enterprise agent platforms, AI orchestration and state-management patterns, agentic test frameworks, knowledge graphs and ontologies, RAG at scale, and grounding strategies.
- Knowledge of MCP and A2A agent protocols, AI security, access controls, and enterprise integrations.
- Ability to provide technical advisory, client engagement, domain judgment, and business-outcome-oriented leadership.
- Demonstrated independent agentic-system design and domain governance, plus successful completion of the Frontier CoE assessment at Specialist level.
