Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure automation and deployment processes.
- Architect and manage scalable containerization and orchestration solutions.
- Drive improvements to continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Monitor and improve system performance, availability, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on automation and deployment strategies.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code for consistent, reproducible environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Lead complex projects, strategic initiatives, and technical decision-making.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or IT infrastructure.
- Extensive knowledge of DevOps and Platform Engineering trends and practices.
- Deep understanding of scripting, version control, infrastructure automation, and infrastructure best practices.
- Comprehensive knowledge of system performance, security, and reliability.
- Advanced expertise in infrastructure automation, deployment, containerization, and orchestration, particularly Kubernetes.
- Experience optimizing and scaling CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to lead initiatives and mentor junior team members.
