Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend services for a highly scalable marketing platform.
- Design APIs, applications, and infrastructure, and document technical requirements and solutions for clients.
- Own end-to-end delivery and support, including build, automation, deployment, and operations.
- Gather business requirements and collaborate with client stakeholders and delivery teams on technical and design decisions.
- Work across the full stack, including frontend development, backend services, data pipelines, and infrastructure.
- Participate in iterative delivery using Agile tools and practices.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal English and a consultative approach to software engineering.
- Strong programming foundation with JVM languages, particularly Kotlin or Java.
- Experience designing and implementing data-driven APIs and large-scale web services.
- Frontend development exposure with React.js, Tailwind, Redux, and TypeScript.
- Cloud infrastructure experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
- In-depth experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test automation; TDD or BDD experience is desirable.
- Experience using SQL databases and designing database schemas and queries for business requirements.
- Exposure to Scala or functional programming, DynamoDB or comparable NoSQL databases, Git workflows, and containerized deployments using Docker, Amazon ECS, or Kubernetes is desirable.
- Must be based in Poland with citizenship or full-time working rights.
