Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to promote accuracy, testability, efficiency, and coding best practices.
- Contribute to and update documentation or educational content based on product and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing impacts on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
- Design and implement recommendation system models across different domains, leverage ML infrastructure, and contribute to architecture design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- Three years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products and one year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Three years of experience building and deploying recommendation system models in production, including retrieval, prediction, ranking, or embedding models, and experience building architecture in different modeling domains.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: Five years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: One year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: Experience developing accessible technologies.
