Base Salary
$170k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own feature development end to end, including design, backend services, AI-powered user experiences, launch, and iteration.
- Translate customer feedback into product improvements through rapid iteration and experimentation.
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and GTM teams to align engineering decisions with business outcomes.
- Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, monitoring, and reliability.
- Prioritize effectively and navigate changing requirements with autonomy.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of full-stack engineering experience; exceptional new graduates with meaningful projects or internships are also welcome.
- Strong familiarity with AI, LLMs, or AI-assisted systems, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Outcome-driven approach focused on measurable impact rather than only shipped features.
- Ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.
- Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Prior startup, hacker, or founder experience is a bonus.
- Eagerness to work full time in person in NYC.
