Responsibilities
- Monitor and investigate issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution coordination.
- Design and implement scalable, reliable infrastructure solutions.
- Use automation tools and scripting to improve operational efficiency.
- Perform performance tuning and capacity planning to maintain system availability.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to improve incident resolution and system stability.
- Act as a subject matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and collaborate across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and help develop their technical and problem-solving capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering, system monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed systems architecture.
- Skill in performance tuning and capacity planning.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
