Responsibilities
- Build and deploy machine learning models to improve recommendations and personalization.
- Own problems end-to-end, from data exploration to model deployment.
- Develop and maintain scalable ML pipelines using Spark and Airflow.
- Apply modern ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow for model optimization.
- Contribute to experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to create ML solutions.
- Ensure responsible AI practices in model development and deployment.
Requirements
- Typically requires 5-8 years of experience in machine learning.
- Strong experience in building and deploying ML models in production.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with data pipelines and distributed systems such as Spark and Airflow.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and model evaluation techniques.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Demonstrates an agile mindset and adapts based on data and priorities.
