Responsibilities
- Gather business-process requirements through client workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Develop and deliver code and configurations for assigned SAP ME/MII modules.
- Create custom Activity Hooks, POD plugins, UI5 customizations, BLS services, dashboards, KPIs, and Manufacturing Data Objects.
- Develop integrations between SAP ME/MII and SAP ERP using IDocs, RFCs, and BAPI calls.
- Execute module testing, validate system interactions, and participate in User Acceptance Testing.
- Participate in software implementation and integration activities to ensure system stability.
- Prepare project specifications, activity reports, status documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, and code documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements, system compatibility, and solution quality.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in SAP MES or related SAP ME/MII implementations and management.
- Complete knowledge of SAP ME/MII architecture and SAP ME SDK development.
- Experience developing web services with external tools and customizing MES solutions.
- Knowledge of SAP UI5, MII Workbench, BLS, XML, XSLT, XPath, and Manufacturing Data Objects.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP integration, including IDocs, RFCs, and BAPI calls.
- Strong SQL query-writing skills and proficiency in programming and software development for MES customization.
- Experience with Industry 4.0 Commercial Off-The-Shelf Manufacturing Execution Systems.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
