Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents that take real actions for business customers using the Agentforce platform.
- Design agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and overall architecture.
- Architect, build, debug, test, and deploy scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
- Partner with clients to translate business challenges into agentic solutions.
- Evaluate AI outputs, iterate on implementations, and own solutions through deployment.
- Collaborate with other Builders and participate in customer-facing technical discussions.
Requirements
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, object-oriented programming, and real-time infrastructure.
- Ability to write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
- Ability to communicate effectively with sales teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time.
