AI Builder, Emerging Talent - Spanish Market
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents that take actions for enterprise customers.
- Create agent prompts, reasoning flows, tool calls, and overall agent architecture using LLM technologies and Agentforce.
- Architect, build, debug, test, and deploy scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
- Partner with clients and sales teams to translate business challenges into agentic solutions.
- Evaluate AI outputs, iterate on implementations, and own work through deployment.
- Collaborate in cross-functional builder pods and participate in customer-facing delivery.
Requirements
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, object-oriented programming, and real-time infrastructure.
- Ability to write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
- Ability to communicate effectively with sales teams and customers.
- Sharp problem-solving skills, initiative, and a builder mindset.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time.
