Responsibilities
- Develop, architect, debug, test, and deploy production AI agents and scalable systems for customer organizations.
- Design agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and overall agent architecture using LLM technologies and Agentforce.
- Use JavaScript, Python, and Apex to build and maintain customer solutions.
- Partner with clients and sales teams to translate business challenges into agentic solutions.
- Evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor and own solutions through the full technical lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong background in computer science or a related engineering discipline.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, object-oriented programming, and real-time infrastructure.
- Ability to write high-quality code and collaborate directly with sales teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time.
- Problem-solving ability, initiative, and a builder-oriented approach.
