Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents that take real actions for enterprise customers.
- Design prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and agent architectures using AI and LLM technologies and the Agentforce platform.
- Architect, build, debug, test, and deploy scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
- Partner with clients and sales teams to translate business challenges into agentic solutions.
- Own solutions through iteration and deployment while evaluating AI outputs with engineering rigor.
Requirements
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, object-oriented programming, and real-time infrastructure.
- Ability to write high-quality code and collaborate with customers and sales teams.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time and work directly with customers.
