Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery sessions and architecture workshops with marketing, data, technology, and business stakeholders.
- Assess MarTech, CRM, customer data, cloud, analytics, consent, and activation ecosystems.
- Define future-state architectures, customer data models, identity-resolution strategies, segmentation approaches, and activation patterns.
- Architect solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360, Agentforce, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and related enterprise technologies.
- Translate marketing and customer-experience use cases into platform, data, integration, and AI requirements.
- Identify applications for predictive AI, generative AI, RAG, intelligent automation, and agentic workflows.
- Define integrations across CRM, loyalty, commerce, service, analytics, consent, and enterprise data environments.
- Develop MarTech strategies, roadmaps, capability models, solution options, and investment priorities.
- Provide architecture oversight during delivery and contribute to solution designs, implementation plans, testing strategies, and technical governance.
- Coach and mentor technical and functional team members while building MarTech, data, and AI capabilities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience across MarTech, CRM, customer data platforms, data architecture, or enterprise technology consulting.
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture.
- Strong knowledge of customer data architecture, identity resolution, segmentation, consent, personalization, journey orchestration, and activation.
- Experience leading discovery workshops and translating business objectives into architecture and technology requirements.
- Hands-on or architecture-level experience with at least one major MarTech or customer data ecosystem, including Salesforce or Adobe platforms.
- Experience designing data flows and integrations across CRM, cloud platforms, data warehouses, APIs, analytics, and customer-engagement platforms.
- Knowledge of real-time and batch ingestion, data modeling, profile unification, audience management, and activation.
- Working knowledge of predictive AI, generative AI, RAG, search and indexing, prompt design, or agentic architectures.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, testable solutions and communicate architecture decisions to executives.
- Ability to collaborate across business, marketing, data, privacy, security, architecture, and engineering teams.
- English proficiency is required for regular interaction with stakeholders across Canada, the United States, and other countries.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce, Adobe, cloud, data architecture, or AI certifications; experience with Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360, Agentforce, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; and experience with privacy, data governance, responsible AI, testing, and architecture tools.
- French-language capability is an asset, particularly for client work in Quebec.

- Full-time employment with an annual salary range of $99,450 to $209,900 for roles located in British Columbia, Ontario, or New Brunswick.
