Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Create solution designs and technical documentation for implementation and long-term platform sustainability.
- Translate business requirements into practical technical designs in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise across configuration, development, integration, testing, deployment, and production readiness.
- Review solution designs, identify technical risks, and recommend design alternatives.
- Promote Salesforce architecture standards, security principles, data models, integration patterns, and release management practices.
- Monitor Salesforce enhancements and industry trends and recommend opportunities for platform and business-process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions supporting business operations.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solution designs.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams throughout solution delivery.
- Experience participating in system integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification is preferred.
- Additional Salesforce certifications relevant to Sales Cloud or Service Cloud are preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and enterprise application ecosystems is preferred.
- Experience supporting commercial business functions in financial services, fleet management, or a related industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills and effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills are preferred.
Benefits
- Base salary range is $99,200 to $136,400 annually, with eligible employees potentially participating in annual incentive programs; compensation figures excluded from benefits.
