Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and support Salesforce and nCino solutions for commercial and retail banking processes.
- Configure and customize nCino modules for loan origination, onboarding, relationship management, and workflow automation.
- Build and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, Flows, integrations, and OmniStudio components.
- Design integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Support data migration, data conversion, environment management, deployments, release management, and CI/CD processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and QA teams during requirements gathering, code reviews, SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot production issues, maintain platform stability and performance, and create technical design and support documentation.
Requirements
- Experience with nCino platform development and configuration.
- Experience with Salesforce development, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, and integrations.
- Experience developing OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Knowledge of loan origination, workflow automation, banking process customization, and nCino implementations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and follow Salesforce and nCino best practices.
