Base Salary
$99k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain clean, well-tested front-end and back-end code for MCP tools, agentic features, and supporting services.
- Integrate LLMs and models through APIs and SDKs to deliver agentic workflows with attention to correctness, latency, and cost.
- Build agentic workflow guardrails including human-in-the-loop steps, traceability, and error handling.
- Contribute to automated tests, AI evaluation harnesses, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling.
- Debug agent logic, APIs, and web UI while collaborating with senior engineers and QA.
- Work with Product and UX to translate requirements into technical tasks and surface risks and blockers.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on software development experience in at least one mainstream language, preferably TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with modern web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a framework such as React.
- Understanding of testing, debugging, code review, Git, pull requests, branches, and collaborative workflows.
- Exposure to LLMs or AI APIs through prompting, model or agent APIs, or simple agentic/RAG projects or experience.
- Strong problem-solving, written and spoken English, eagerness to learn ML/AI, and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with Agile practices.
- Preferred experience with Node.js back-end development, RESTful APIs, MCP, agent frameworks, tool-calling patterns, AWS, Docker, GitHub Actions, observability tooling, embeddings, vector search/RAG, model evaluation, WebGL, or WebGPU.
