Responsibilities
- Translate customer challenges into actionable AI solutions aligned with high-ROI outcomes.
- Lead architectural design and drive customer adoption, usage, success, and renewal for Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot.
- Use Copilot prompt engineering and agent-building expertise to scale agentic AI solutions.
- Design secure, resilient, and performance-optimized solutions aligned with security, compliance, governance, Power Platform governance, and agent lifecycle requirements.
- Partner with technical and sales teams to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
- Share expertise, create and reuse intellectual property, participate in communities and partner engagements, and provide customer feedback to inform strategy and product evolution.
- Support business transformation, adoption, change management, and customer value realization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field plus solid experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting in Norway, or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English and Norwegian for business use.
- Experience or interest in change management and business transformation.
- Preferred: experience with Copilot Chat, Agents, M365 Copilot, or competing technologies.
- Preferred: multiple years in customer-facing roles and leading technical projects.
- Preferred: cloud technical certification such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, or security certifications.
- Preferred: change management and adoption experience, such as PROSCI.
- Preferred: a bachelor's degree plus decade-plus experience, or a master's degree plus extensive experience, in relevant cloud, technology, architecture, or consulting fields, or equivalent experience.
