Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Configure and customize SAP Plant Maintenance modules to align with business processes.
- Analyze technical requirements and translate them into software solutions.
- Perform system integration and troubleshooting within SAP environments.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, make team decisions, and provide solutions to technical problems.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) is required.
- Strong knowledge of SAP system integration and troubleshooting.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and develop effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile project management practices.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
